I take on a limited number of consulting engagements. Typical work:
Software and integrations. Custom tools, automation, and glue between systems that don’t talk to each other. I read the source and protocol docs rather than guess at behavior.
Embedded and IoT. Firmware for microcontrollers such as the ESP32, sensor and radio interfaces, and diagnosing hardware that misbehaves in the field.
Home and small-site technology. Home automation, dedicated dashboards and kiosks, and planning the systems side of a renovation.
How I work
- A short intro call to understand the problem and decide whether I’m the right fit.
- A written scope with a clear deliverable before any work starts.
- Regular updates, and documentation you keep when the work is done.
